Room reservation - Picnic Park, Kapchagay

Please read the rules for staying in the recreation area.:

- Visitors with skin diseases are not allowed on the site;

- It is not allowed to bring any types of weapons into the territory, as well as toxic, flammable explosive substances.;

- The administration of Picnic Park has the right to refuse access and service without explanation;

- Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms;

- Smoking on the premises - only in designated areas;

- The guests of the Picnic Park must behave correctly, avoid obscene language and behavior that disrupts the rest of other Guests;

- Comply with the requirements of the administration and employees of the recreation area;

- If the Guest refuses due to weather conditions or other conditions beyond the control of the Picnic Park, no refund will be made.;

- Transfer of the right of rest to another person is not allowed;

- Guests leaving the territory of the facility are kindly requested to take the "exit token" from the administrator;

- The administration is not responsible for the safety of jewelry and personal belongings. You can leave valuable items for storage to the administrator.;

- Do not leave young children at pools and on water slides unattended;

- Please do not reserve sun beds, leaving personal belongings on them, and do not stay in the pool area without a bathing suit.;

- It is not allowed to use personal electric kettles and electric stoves;

- Do not use aromatic substances and liquids brought with you in the sauna, as well as do not use your own brooms for the steam room.; - Follow the safety rules on water slides:

• Start moving from the water slides only after making sure that the previous person has left the exit area of the slides;
• It is not allowed to ride off the water slides drunk, standing on your feet and headfirst.;
• Pool opening hours are until 21.00

- Please take note:

• the depth of the large pool is 1m 70cm;
• the depth of the pool in the reception area of the slides is 0.9-1m 35cm;

- When using the imported products, please note that you are allocated one shelf per hotel room in the refrigerator, and one-time dishes for personal products can be purchased at the bar, for a fee;

- Entry to the territory of persons who do not live in the recreation area is limited at 20.00;

- Check-out time is 12.00;

- Reception is open from 9:00 a.m., room service is available from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.;
